Acclaim Systems added to BAH's ERP team

Atlanta, GA - April 2007: Booz Allen Hamilton has included Acclaim Systems as part of their team to provide independent and non-biased perspectives at a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project. Acclaim staff will be used to provide assessment and analysis services through design and development phases of the SAP ERP project. Acclaim will provide recommendations that draw upon expertise and experiences in delivering similar solutions with previous clients.  Key tasks include: Provide SAP subject matter expertise relative to use of the ERP Solution Identify the optimum hardware and software requirements Identify appropriate “best practice” business process analysis, system engineering and design Estimate the conversion effort for data from other programs and systems to be replaced by the proposed application Develop requirements for temporary interfaces for the legacy system (or other systems) where necessary Identify strategies for establishing prototypes and simulating business scenarios consistent with functional capabilities of the system Estimate costs for future project implementations.
