Philadelphia, April 2009: Time Warner Cable
has selected Acclaim Systems as the implementation
partner for their
Salesforce.com initiative. Salesforce.com's CRM
(Customer Relationship Management) solution provides
support through several applications: Sales, Service &
Support, Partner
Relationship Management, Marketing, Content, Ideas and
Analytics. This implementation will assist Time Warner
Cable in managing their services that pass through more
than 26 million U.S. homes serving 13.5 million basic
video customers. This is one of the largest and most
complex systems at TWC. The implementation will be
across twenty seven divisions nationwide. Acclaim Systems has been a trusted
partner with Time Warner Cable since 2004.
