Quality Assurance Program

Utilizes Acclaim's standard CMM QA Management Methodology to support the program.  The project team evaluates the current quality process to devise a Software Quality Assurance Plan (SQAP).   A SQAP document closely follows IEEE Standard 730-1989 and IEEE Standard 739-1989. A sample SQAP document can be supplied.  Quality assurance practices will be instituted at project start. We would conduct a peer and client review (i.e., inspection) of the SQAP document.  We would report the projected and actual defect rate, define quantitative and measurable quality goals, perform at least one peer review (i.e., inspection) for each document and deliverable, define standards (e.g., coding standards, etc.) adopted in the QA plan, and define use of automated software assessment tools.
