The CMP is a living document through the entire project, tracking all the key management tasks and issues. The CMP is reviewed bi-weekly by key personnel of Acclaim Systems and the client.
 
Management and Coordination
 
Working with your team, an Acclaim Systems Project Manager synchronizes all elements of the project so that each element arrives on time, as designed, and within budget – building a synergy within the organization. The coordination of activities thus achieved among client’s MIS departments, business and operational units, end users, vendors, and outsourcers requires strong and active project management.
 
The Acclaim Project Manager coordinates all aspects of the endeavor, monitors the risk items identified at the beginning of the project, and keeps track of all the diverse project elements critical to the successful completion of the project. Each Acclaim Project Manager has extensive information technology background and utilizes our proven project management methodology. The project manager is involved in the project from beginning through the completion, assuming the following responsibilities:
 
Task Plan - Complete project plan identifying all task functions, resources, time allocated and deliverables to be produced.
 
Task Reports – Completion reports, which identify directly the tasks/deliverables completed and the timeframe
 
Status Reports – Progress reports are maintained and presented to the client on the appropriate periodic basis.
 
Problem Identification and Reports – Reports necessary to develop a plan for corrective action are promptly submitted to the client.
 
Meeting Reports – Minutes from meetings are documented and tracked based on the projects’ scope and size.
 
Phase/Final Reports – The contents of final reports include: summary of results, sign-off, observations, recommendations, supporting documentation, and conclusions.
 
Technical Management
 
Acclaim Systems manages the technical consultants throughout the project implementation. This includes the complete development process, from analysis to implementation. Acclaim project manager regularly reports to the client’s project manager for project coordination and technical clarifications. Acclaim Systems involves the client at each system development stage, ie: analysis, design, prototyping, coding, testing and implementation.
